- Free visitor parking is located opposite the château: 54 spaces, including 3 reserved for people with disabilities, situated approximately 250m from the ticket office and château entrance.
- Drop-off point available near the château entrance (by arrangement at the time of booking).
Access
- Ramped access to the ticket office/shop.
- Platform lift to bypass steps and access the château’s ground floor.
- Elevator for access to the upper floor of the château.
- Visitor route suitable for wheelchair users.
- Signposted route for wheelchair users to access the Orangery in the park.
- Guide dogs and assistance dogs permitted.

Entry to the monument is free for:
- Holders of a valid CMI (Disability Inclusion Card) with the "Disability" or "Priority" designation (or equivalent foreign document). Note: 1 free companion per person with a disability.
A parking permit alone does not grant free admission.
To collect your free ticket, please go directly to the castle ticket office with your supporting documents.
For groups belonging to an organization: free admission for up to 6 people with disabilities, excluding companions**, upon presentation of a certificate from the organization.
Reservations are mandatory, including for groups visiting the castle independently.
**Companion fee applies.
Groups (7 or more people)
For groups of 7 or more people with disabilities, excluding accompanying persons: adapted tours are available upon request, reservations are required (including for groups visiting the castle independently), and specific rates apply.

Payment and reservation
Reservations are required, including for groups visiting the castle independently.
Please send your reservation request by email to reservations.champs@monuments-nationaux.fr, providing the following information:
- Desired date and time of visit
- Name of the organization hosting the visit
- Address of the organization
- Name, surname, phone number, and email address of the person in charge of the group
- Number of participants
- Number of accompanying persons
Once we receive your request, we will assess its feasibility and, if applicable, send you a reservation confirmation to present at the ticket office on the day of your visit.
Payment will be made at the ticket office on the day of the visit by credit card, cash, or check (payable to: Régie des recettes de Champs) before the group enters the monument.
Regarding payment by administrative order, it is exclusively reserved for establishments subject to public accounting and a purchase order for deferred payment must be handed to the ticket office on the day of the visit by the group's guide, before the group enters the monument.
